1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Intervuws platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Intervuws provides an AI-powered interview platform that enables researchers, recruiters, and organisations to conduct structured one-to-one conversations with stakeholders at scale. The Service includes project management tools, AI-conducted interviews, transcript generation, and findings analysis.

The AI interview conductor is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Use of the Service is also subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that any research or data collection conducted through Intervuws complies with applicable data protection law, employment law, and research ethics requirements in your jurisdiction.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including project content, stakeholder information, and uploaded documents. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Interview transcripts, findings summaries, and AI-generated analysis are produced by an AI system and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions, particularly in recruitment, research, or policy contexts.

We do not warrant that AI-generated findings are complete, accurate, or free from bias. Interview findings should be treated as one input among several in any decision-making process.

8. Intellectual Property

The Intervuws platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
